Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Cookies



½ cup unsalted butter-softened 2 tsp vanilla
½ cup Jif Crunchy peanut butter 2 cups Nestle Milk Chocolate Chips
1 cup packed brown sugar ½ tsp salt
½ cup white granulated sugar 1 tsp baking soda
2 eggs 3/4th  tsp fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons water 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour

Makes about 36 cookies


  1. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside
  2. Preheat oven to 375° F
  3. In a large mixing bowl, cream together butter, both sugars, and peanut butter
  4. Once smooth, beat in eggs, water and vanilla
  5. Blend in baking soda, salt and lemon juice
  6. Slowly add flour and mix
  7. Stir in Chocolate chips until thoroughly combined
  8. Drop cookie dough using small ice cream scoop (about 1/8th cup) approximately 2 inches apart on lined cookie sheet
  9. Bake about 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden (if making larger cookies adjust baking time accordingly. Keep an eye on the edges and remove promptly once golden)
  10.  Enjoy!!

Note- Store in an airtight container IF you have any left ( Not usually the case at my house)
